We like to live geographically where this action takes place and usually there are thriving towns that support it. Where real-estate booms we all want our piece of investment to keep going up. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If a person chooses to gamble his investment in a costal hurricane-prone area and a hurricane strikes, why should the taxpayers flip the bill?
